Steve spent 34 years in governmental service in Colorado Springs.  Positions held included Fire Chief and Chief of Staff for the Mayor of Colorado Springs.

 

Other experiences include Interim City Manager and Chief of Economic Vitality for the City of Colorado Springs. His unique experience gives him insight into and the ability to assess the economic vitality of a given region as it relates to housing, employment, local government and its impacts on commercial development.

 

In addition, his experience extends to the area of planning and development in the local government arena.  Steve currently holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management from Regis University.
